According to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), this recognition is awarded to organisations that consistently demonstrate their ability to provide products that meet both customer expectations and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

In 1998, GEMS GALLERY became the first jewellery establishment in Thailand to be certified with the international ISO 9002 and ISO 9001:2000 standards.
